Tarama (Greek Cavier) spread and appetizer
1 T Tarama
1 C Vegetable oil
1 lemon
3 large seedless rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rye bread in water,then squeeze water out and put
in small blender . Add 1 T Tarama,1 COil, 1 squeezed Lemon
Blend all from 3 to 5 minutes until smooth. Put all into a serving
dish and refrigerate at least one hour. Use crackers or square
Rubschlager bread.(already sliced) and spread by guests.
