2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 strawberry or peach jam (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir buttermilk into jam. Pour into refrigerator tray. Freeze until firm. Cut up ice cream and put into bowl. Beat until fluffy. Return to tray, refreeze. Serve after frozen.
May also be made in ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 quart.
