2 fresh green chiles, roasted, peeled, and seeded
1 can chickpeas, drained but reserve liquid
2 small cloves garlic, chopped
3 T lemon juice
2 T tahini
1/2 t ground cumin
1/4 t crushed red chile flakes...to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Process all ingred in food processor into a smooth paste. Use liquid from chickpeas if needed for desired consistency. Serve with sliced raw veggies or pita chips for dipping.

I have made this with peanut butter instead of tahini and like it just as well.
