1/2 c. butter, melted
1 8 oz. sour creme
2 eggs
1 (14.7 oz) can green giant cream corn
1 (11 oz.) can green giant white shoe peg corn
1 (16 oz.) can green giant Mexi corn white kernal corn
w/red and green pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz) pkg can muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
combine butter, sour creme and eggs. add 3 cans of corn, mix, add dry muffin mix. Pour in sprayed dish - drizzle a ittle honey on top. bake 375º for 45-55 min. when done drizzle a little for honey and cut in pieces.
