2 pkgs.[8 oz.] Cream Cheese
1 pkgs. 8 oz.
2 garlic cloves.
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves crushed
3 Tbsp.Pesto well drained.
1/3 cup roasted red peppers,drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses and garlic in food processor or blender. Add oil and thyme and blend well. Place 1/3 cheese mixture in a plastic wrap lined loaf pan;cover with pesto layer, half of remaining cheese mixture, then peppers.Top with remaining cheese mixture. Cover;chill 4 hours or overnight. Smooth sides. Garnish with fresh herbs and remaining red peppers.
