1 pkg (7oz) spaghetti, broken into thirds. 1/4 c margarine. 1/4 c flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp pepper. 1 c chicken flavored broth. 1 c heavy whipping cream (or milk). 2 Tbsp water. 1 can frichik, chopped. 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained. 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese.

Heat oven to 350. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. In 2 quart saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broth and whipping cream. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir spaghetti, water, frichik, and mushrooms into sauce. Pour mixture into 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
