1 1/2 c whole wheat (or combination of wheat/white flour).
3/4 c oats.
1/3 c sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
3/4 c milk. 2 Tbsp canola oil. 2 Tbsp mashed banana or applesauce. 1 egg. 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries.

Heat oven to 400. Spray 8 inch round pan. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in medium bowl. In 2 c measure mix oil, milk, oil, banana, and egg. Add wet ingredients to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold in berries. Spoon into baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
