1/2 cup butter 1 2/3 cups of flour
1 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour
1 tsp. Salt 1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 T. grated lemon peel
Icing:
2 cups powered sugar 1 T. Lemon peel
2 T. soft butter 2 T. Lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Spread in well greased and floured 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Icing: Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth nad creamy, add more lemon juice of necessary. Spread on cooled cookie.
