1 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 cup frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tblsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Layer hash browns over sausage and top with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.

Swiss or Monterey Jack can be used instead of cheddar.
Double recipe and use a jelly roll pan. Place crescent rolls over full length of pan and spread out to form crust.
