2 lbs. white codfish, salted and boneless
5 lbs potatoes
2 avocado
8 hardboiled eggs
8 bananas

For the sauce:

28 oz can tomato sauce
2 c. diced roasted garlic tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1/4 lb. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme

Fish:

soak fish overnight in cold water, in the refrigerator. Bring it to a boil and drain. Repeat boil and drain. Refill pot, add potatoes and boil until the potatoes are cooked. Serve on a plate with one egg, one peeled banana and two slices of avocado. Pour sauce over the fish and potatoes.

For the sauce:

Saute peppers and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
