2-10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 16oz frozen broccoli cuts
2 c sliced cooked chicken or 2- 16oz. can chicken2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c Mayo
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c dry bread crumbs (those sols in the round can, unseasoned)
1 Tbsp. melted butter or Marg.

Cook broccoli crisp tender; drain. ( I put mine in microwave to cook it.) Arrange in buttered 9x12" baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Combine soup,mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 mins.
Serve over rice (I cook my chicken in water with celery, carrots and onion to enhance the flavor, and reserve the broth to use to cook my rice>)

This is one of my favorite to serve guests if I know they like broccoli. I usually serve it with a Waldorf Salad and Hot rolls. The flavors complement each other nicely.
