2 pounds fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
¼ cup Grand Marnier liqueur
1 orange, zested and juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then pour into a food processor in batches. Pulse several times to break down the cranberries and mix ingredients; but mix should still be a bit chunky. Allow the relish to sit at room temperature for a least thirty minutes to marry the flavors.

If you prefer not to use alcohol, more orange juice can be substituted but it is delicious with Grand Marnier.
