3/4 c. mayonnaise (sugarless, if you are following the low-carb diet)
2 T. sour cream (reduced fat)
2 T. water
1 T. Madras curry powder
Dash of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer or a wire whisk until smooth and well blended. Use as a sauce for cold shrimp, lobster or crabmeat. It is also good with hot cooked fish.
Entire recipe contains 9.9 grams carbohydrate. Each T. contains 0.6 grams of carbohydrate.
