1 - 3 oz box orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. fruit juice and water (save 1/2 c. for later)
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. crushed drained pineapple
Miniature marshmallows
1 egg
1 1/2 T. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello, add oranges, pineapple and pour in 8 x 8 square pan. Add a layer of marshmallows. Refrigerate until thickened. Then take the 1/2 c. juice, 1 egg, 1 1/2 T. flour and 1/4 c. sugar and cook until thick. Add 1 T. butter, 1/2 c. whipping cream and stir. Spread atop set Jello. Set until firm.
