1/2 lb. New York Sharp Cheese
1 lb. milk cheese
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 pod of garlic (garlic salt can be substituted)
2 dashes Tobasco
1 c. chopped pecans
1 jar chopped pimento
Dash of salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure all cheeses are room temperature. Blend all ingredients and roll into 3 rolls. Roll each log in paprika. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve with crackers.
