1 - 14 oz. can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
5 drops yellow food coloring
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, and food coloring. Mix well. Fold into Cool Whip. Can be spooned into a graham cracker crust or cooked pie shell.
