1/2 c. plus 1 T. olive oil, divided
1/4 c. onion soup mix
2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
Caesar dressing (see salad section)
4 10- inch wraps
shredded lettuce (optional)
sliced tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 c. olive oil and onion sp. mix in a ziplock bag. Add chicken strips and marinate refrigerated about 30 minutes.
Heat remaining 1 T. oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion slices in hot oil until soft and brown, about 10 minutes. Add chicken to pan and saute until cooked through, about 10 more minutes.
Place a wrap flat in front of you. Spread dressing on the wrap. Add lettuce and tomatoes if you are using. Place 1/4 of chicken mixture on the bottom half of the wrap. From the bottom, fold wrap over the chicken mixture, fold in both sides toward the center and roll closed. Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve warm.
