1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4-1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2- 1 T. dry mustard powder
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ( 5 pound) Delmonico or French roast

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk honey, soy sauce, oil, ginger, dry mustard and garlic in medium bowl. Place marinade and meat into into a gallon size resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air. Marinate refrigerated 8 hrs. or overnight.

Place the oven rack on lowest level. Turn oven to broil. Place meat and marinade into a 9 x 13 pan. Broil meat for about 40 minutes, turning roast about every 10 minutes and then start checking for doneness by inserting a fork into meat. If juices run red, then it is too rare, if juices run red with some fat, then roast is medium rare, and if juices run brownish, then it is well done.

When reached desired doneness, remove meat from oven and let rest for 15 minutes; then cool and slice against the grain.
