4 chicken bottoms with skin
2 T. Onion soup mix
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
2 potatoes thinly sliced
2 sweet potatoes thinly slice
2 onions thinly sliced
Pam

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam evenly over a 9x13 inch pan. Distribute half the onion slices over the bottom of the pan as well as the potatoes. Sprinkle some onion soup mix over the onions and potatoes. Place chicken bottoms on top. Coat chicken in onion soup mix and spices. Place rest of onions over the chicken sticking some slices under the skin of the chicken. Bake covered for 1 hour and uncovered for 1 hour.
