7 medium potatoes (6 Cups) boiled, peeled. and loosely chunked
1/3 C bottled Italian dressing
3/4 C sliced celery
1/3 C sliced green onions
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 C salad dressing or mayonaise
1/2 C sour cream
1 1/2 t horseradish mustard
1/2 t celery seed

Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes and try not too eat too many at this stage...very tasty! Chill 2 hours. Add celery, onions, and chopped eggs. Mix mayonaise, sour cream, and horseradish mustard. Fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed to taste.

These potatoes are so good warm with just the Italian dressing over them that I've served them plain...good both ways! I have also used McILhenney's Tabasco mayonaise for this recipe...very good change from the standard potato salad.
