yellow or zucchini squash
salt
black pepper
sour cream
butter
mozzarella cheese (grated)
seasoned croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cut yellow or zucchini squash in slices and boil in salted water until tender. Drain well and add black pepper, sour cream, and butter. Mash squash well and add grated mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Pour in greased casserole dish and top with seasoned croutons. Bake at 350º until bubbly.

I just guess on amounts of ingredients. I hate to do this to you, for I dislike it when people do it to me but I really don't know amounts. We like cheese real well so I have mixed cheddar with the mozzarella. It is good, also.
