CRUST
3/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 T Melted butter
1 T Sugar

CHESSE FILLING
2 8 oz pkgs Cream cheese
1 1/4 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 pt Sour cream
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg

CRUST
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter
Press crumb mixture in to a 7 1/2 x 12 pan

CHESSE FILLING
Combine cheese and sugar in mixer
Add sour cream, eggs, salt and vanilla
Beat very well
Pour into graham cracker crust
Bake for 30 min
Let cool than refrigerate for 8 hrs
