3 tbls strawberry preserve
4 slices cheese, cut diagonally
4 apples rings, 1/2 inch

Spread one bagel half with 1 tsp preserves
Top with cheese and apple
Dot with remaining preserves
Broil 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt
