2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 thick slices bread
2 tbls butter or more
Sauce - 10 oz pack frozen raspberry, thawed
1 or 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs, milk, and nutmeg in a bowl
Soak bread slices in batter
Melt butter in skillet and add bread slices
Cooking till golden brown on one side about 5 minutes, flip and cook on other side until golden brown
Sauce - purée thawed raspberries in food processor or blender
Add vanilla and process until combined
Serve over French toast
