1 pink grapefruit, juiced
1 cup sweet Potato purée (from 2 large or 4 small cooked sweet potatoes)
2 tbls Triple See
1 tbls sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 pint whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together strained grapefruit juice, sweet Potato purée, triple see, sugar and nutmeg
Beat to make an even consistency
Whip cream until soft peaks form
Fold sweet potato mixture into cream
Spoon into goblet or glass dish
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving
