Ingredients:  
Chocolate cake layer:
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup + 1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mint layer:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 T. milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract

Chocolate topping:
1 c. chocolate chips
6 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for chocolate cake layer. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Cool.
Mix mint layer ingredients. Add a few drops of green food coloring if you like. Frost cake, refrigerate until firm.
Melt chocolate topping ingredients together. Cool. Pour on cake. Refrigerate.
