2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1-1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter and spices. Pour into baking dish and bake at 400 º for about 30 minutes until firm.
Melt the other butter, add brown sugar and cornflakes and cook until soft. Add pecans to toast a bit, then pour this topping on the sweet potatoes.
Put it under the broiler for JUST a minute to brown.
