6 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 c. onions, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, cut in thin strips
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onion and pepper together. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand in refrigerator about 2 hours. Drain off excess water.
Mix together vinegar, sugar and celery seed. Pour over vegetables.
Let stand in refrigerator, the longer the better.
