1 large Salmon fillet ( skin on)
salt and pepper
Dijon mustard ( or any spicy mustard)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dark rum

Spray Tin Foil !!!!!!!!!!!

in small pan melt butter add brown sugar -- should be thick like paste-may add more brown sugar add rum at the very end
Set this aside
Line the grill with greased foil
Salt and pepper Salmon
Spread a thin layer of mustard
When grill is hot place salmon ( skin side up) on the foil and cook for 5 min
Turn Salmon over and spread a little more mustard then add buttered rum .
Cook for 5 more minutes -- take off the grill and let set, the fish will cook a little more
