6 chicken pieces
3 c. corn flakes; crushed
2 c. buttermilk


Seasoning
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk in the refrigerator, 2 hours or up to 2 days.
Mix the seasonings together and set aside.
Remove chicken from buttermilk; drain off most of the buttermilk but leave enough milk on chicken so that cornflakes will stick. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place chicken on a cooling rack over a baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired. Left over seasonings can be stored for later use. Bake in 350º oven about 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
