Arnold Brick Oven thin white bread,- 2 slices per sandwich.
Leftover spaghetti mixed with plenty of Grandma Hamre Style red sauce,
Thin slices of leftover Italian Sausage that was cooked in the sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Place a heap of the spaghetti and sauce mixture on the bread, then slice up some of the sausage and lay it over the spaghetti. Top with second slice of bread.

Looking back, a little mozzarella or Parmesan would be good but I usually did not bother with that. We ate these sandwiches cold, for breakfast, usually the day after the spaghetti dinner. It would be good to heat the spaghetts/sauce too before heaping it on the bread, but we did not have microwaves back then, so we didn't bother. We were usually being sneaky eating all the leftovers this way thus the feast took place before parents got up.
