Chicken cutlets
1 packet crisps flavoured or plain
1-2 packets Bissli any flavour
Mustard
Eggs
Bared crumbs
Salt
Garlic powder
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Blend old challah with bissli and crisps in food orocessor. Freeze or use fresh as you need it.
Cut the cutlets according to your preference. Mix 3 eggs and 6 T mustard. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Add the cutlets in and leave for a while.
Put crumbs in a big bowl and add salt and garlic powder to taste.
Dip cutlets into breadcrumbs and fry.
