1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1 (10 ¾ ounce can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and fry ground beef in large pan until cooked and browned; drain. Return meat to pan; add onion soup mix, mushroom soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Preheat oven to
350 degrees. Spread meat mixture on bottom of dollar rolls. Cover with tops. Place burgers on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover securely with another sheet of foil. Bake 15 minutes. Yields 60 appetizers.
