4-6 pork chops cut one-inch thick
1 large can pineapple juice
1 box brown sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable cooking oil
flour
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in bowl or cake pan with flour and several tbsp paprika. Heat 1-1/2 c vegetable oil to a low simmer. Dip pork chops in flour mix until well covered. Brown chops in simmering oil, turn and watch carefully. Empty oil out and rinse pan. Return pork chops to pan and cover with pineapple juice. Simmer for about 1 hour, until chops are tender, gradually adding brown sugar one tbsp at a time to taste.
