3 lb mixed beef, pork and veal
3 eggs
1 large can of seasoned Italian bread crumbs
3 medium onions, chopped fine
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
Vegetable cooking oil
4 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring oil to a low simmer in a large skillet. Mix meat and eggs thoroughly. Add all dry ingredients, first the spices and then the bread crumbs. Hand roll meatballs to approximate size of a golf ball. Brown meatballs in vegetable oil carefully turning frequently until crispy brown. Remove meatballs from oil and drain on paper towels. Preheat oven to 375º. Place meatballs in large casserole and cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake meatballs uncovered for 1 1/2 hours until meatballs are done.
