1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
9 c. Chex cereal (any variety)

Directions:
In a microwavable bowl, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute and then stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. In a large bowl, place cereal. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal stirring until evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a lg. ziploc bag and add powdered sugar. Seal the bar and shake until well coated. Spread on cookie sheets or wax paper to cool about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
