1/2 lb. velveeta
1/4 c. milk
1 tblsp. dijon mustard
1/4 c. onion
2 tblsp. margarine
1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
6 baguette rolls, split
Directions:
Directions:
Combine velveeta, milk and mustard in saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Sautee onions in margarine. Add roast beef. Mix lightly until heated through. Fill rolls with roast beef and onion mixture and top with cheese.
