8 0z. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 c shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan Cheese
3 c milk
1/4 c butter
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 pinch of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni per pkgs. directions. Drain. Set aside.

In saucepan, melt butter over med. heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses & cook over low heat until cheese is melted & sauce is thick. Put macaroni in lg. baking dish & pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.

Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º
