1 lb almond paste
2 c sugar
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Work paste and sugar well with hands, add egg whites and flavorings. Take 1/2 tsp of dough and roll in to a ball. Rolll in to pine nuts. Bake on foil lined cookie sheets in a 325 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Do not remove from sheets until completely cooled or cookies will fall apart.

Store cookies in a sealed tin or tupperware container for 2 weeks in refrigerator. Longer if palced in freezer.
