8-10 slices of Salmon fillets
equal amounts of water,vinegar and lemon juice - should be about quarter full in pot
approx. 5-6 Tbs sugar or Splenda
2-3 Tbs.low fat or reduced fat mayonaise
2 Tbs. lemon juice
3 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 -3 Tbs. Splenda
dill chopped

Boil salmon lin first liquid mixture approx. 20-25 min.
Drain most of the liquid
In the storage container using hand blender mix mayo, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt sugar and dill'
Marinate salmon in sauce
