1lb. Flounder fillets
1 egg
flour, bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs for coating
oil for frying
1 large can tomato sauce
1 green pepper - cut into slices
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic diced
salt &black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip flounder fillets in egg, coat with flour or other mixture
sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste
Fry on both sides and put into stove top pot or pan for oven
Fry onion and green pepper till soft, add tomato sauce, add salt , pepper and splenda or sugar to taste
Pour over fish , add diced garlic and simmer on low flame or in oven for approx. 1/2 hr.
