1 pkg. Duncan Hines Pudding cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, 1 egg and vegetable oil. This will be crumbly. Set aside 1 c. of this crumble mix. Press the remaining amount of crumble into the bottom of an ungreased 13" x9" pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread this mixture over the top of the baked layer. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. of crumble over the top and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars.
