16oz Sirloin, flank steak, or cut of your preference
Arugula, baby spinach, spring mix, or some combination of greens
4oz dried cranberries
4oz sliced almonds (or walnuts or pecans)
2 granny smith apples, diced
2-4oz crumbled gorgonzola

Directions:
If you think of it ahead of time, marinate the steak in a little of the red wine vinegar or whatever you have lying around.

Heat the grill. Grill the steak to your preference. Medium rare works quite well here, approx 15-20min.

Combine everything else in a large bowl and toss with the dressing. Thinly slice the steak and lay over the salad. Enjoy.
