1 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 medium chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
1-1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and onion and drain.
Grease 10-inch pie plate. Place beef into pie plate, add seasoning mix and chlies and stir well.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
In a small bowl, mix biscuit mix, eggs and milk. Pour in the middle of the meat mixture.
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
May garnish with jalapenos.
