Directions:
Take an aluminum foil cooking bag and spray the inside with Pam cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and some pats of butter in the foil bag. Open the bag of hash browns, and pour the onions, eggs, ham or sausage, cheese and peppers into the bag of hash browns. Mix by squeezing the bag. Next, pour the mixture into the foil cooking bag and smooth the ingredients out. Add more salt and pepper if necessary. Place a few more pats of butter on top of the mixture. Place the aluminum cooking bag on a preheated grill (medium heat) and turn the bag every five minutes. The bag will start to puff. Cook until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and serve right away.
