1 1/2 lbs ground pork or 1 lb pork and 1/2 lb ground veal
2 tsp instant minced onion
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 dry mustard
1/8 tsp cloves
1 OXO beef cube
1/2 cup boiling water
2 egg yolks, beaten
Flaky pie crust for 9 inch (2 crust) pie

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in heavy pan until it loses pink tone. Add spices and stir in the beef cube that has been dissolved in boiling water. Cover and cook 20 minutes. If too dry, add more water. Chill about 15 minutes. Stir in egg yolks and pour into prepared pie shell. Add top crust. Make slits. Bake at 450ºF for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350ºF. Bake another 25 minutes or until browned.
