SHRIMP
Water
Salt
2 T Zatarains Shrimp & Crab Boil Liquid (Optional)
1 lb Raw Shrimp (25-30 count)

COCKTAIL SAUCE
1/2 Bottle of Heinz Chile Sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lea&Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Prepared Horseradish (to taste)

Shrimp should be cooked far enough ahead so they are ice cold when served
SHRIMP
Bring a very large pot of water to a boil (2 to 3 gal)
When boiling add salt until it tastes like sea water
Add Zatarains
Add raw shrimp
As shrimp float to the top remove with slotted spoon to cold water or a ice bath to stop them cooking.

COCKTAIL SAUCE
Mix first three ingredients together
Mix in Horseradish to taste
Be aware that as the sauce sits for a couple of hours it will become more seasoned

When we serve the shrimp we put them in a bowl then put that bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice. This way they will stay cold for hours.
