Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp pine nuts
2 c. fresh cilantro (or can use basil if you prefer)
1 clove garlic
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
10 Tbsp olive oil
2 pkg of frozen cheese tortellini's
black olives sliced
fresh or frozen broccoli
red peppers
sun dried tomatoes
squash and zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor or blender, mix first 6 ingredients.
Cook tortellinis per package directions.
Saute veggies.
Mix all together, pour pesto sauce over.
You can subsitute whatever veggies you like.
