3 Tbsp margarine
1 granny smith applie, cored and sliced
1 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
4 (4 oz) chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and seperated rings
1/2 c. apple cider
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. hot cooked wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 margarine. Saute apples about 5 min.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cook about 5 min.
Transfer to plate.
In skillet, melt remaining margarine- saute chicken, sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, pepper about 5 min each side. Transfer to plate.
In skillet, cook onion covered until tender, about 8 minutes, stir in cider and vinegar.
Reduce head and simmer 2 min.
Return chicken in the skillet until chicken cooked through and liquid is reduced by half- 5 min.
Return apples to skillet until heated- 2 min.
arrange cooked noodles on plate and top with chicken mixture and remaining juice over top.
