One 20-oz package Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
One 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch

Fruit:
Pineapple chunks, drained
Mandarin oranges, drained
Strawberries
Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices on pizza pan or 15x 10 x 1 in. baking pan. Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown. Cool before serving.
